Posture & power
Good posture is the foundation of strength and injury prevention. This session focuses on improving posture and building power through free weights and body-weight exercises. Expect movements that target postural alignment, enhance stability, and strengthen key muscle groups like your back, shoulders, and legs.
Stretch & stability
A blend of abdominal stability and dynamic stretching, helping you develop strong core engagement while increasing mobility and flexibility. Through a mix of controlled movements and deep stretches, you'll improve balance, prevent injuries, and release tension.
box & burn
Box & Burn is an electrifying boxing and body-weight class that combines punching drills, cardio bursts, and functional exercises. Not only does it build endurance and power, but it also enhances coordination and agility. This class packs a serious punch—both physically and mentally!
