Personal Training

I believe in a holistic approach to fitness that combines the best of indoor and outdoor training. Tailored programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through a mixture of free weight and body weight exercises, as well as invigorating outdoor cardio sessions.

Sessions will include laughter, motivation and hard work.

Personal Training Sessions

Following a complimentary 1 hour consultation which includes fitness assessments, health check and goal setting, you will be provided with tailored fitness plans and person-centred one to one coaching.  Setting individual goals,  you will be given ongoing support, encouragement and motivation to break through barriers and achieve success.  Available both indoors and outdoors.

Personal Training includes:
  • A tailored fitness plan to suit your needs
  • Goal setting and tracking progress
  • Nutritional advice
  • Regular contact to support motivation and engagement

Cost per 1 hour session

  • 1 session £45 
  • 5 sessions £210
  • 10 sessions £410

Gael is my 3rd PT.  I took sessions with the previous 2 PTs for many years but felt I understood more, learned more and felt more inspired in one session with Gael than years with the others.

  • Free Weight Training  - Customised strength training using free weights to build muscle and improve overall fitness, available both indoors and outdoors.
  • Body Weight ExercisesUtilising body weight for resistance training, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance.
  • CardioHigh-intensity interval training (HIIT) and steady-state cardio workouts to boost cardiovascular health, available both indoors and outdoors.
  • Stretch and Stability - Build core strength, lengthening and strengthening your muscles


Individual Training Sessions

These are one off training sessions, focused on you, planned to incorporate elements of each training method above and responding to your preferences.  

£30 per person

Buddy Training Sessions 

This training is session is planned for you and one other friend, family member, allowing you to support one another and build confidence and strength together.

£20 per person

Group Training Sessions

This personalised group session is  for those who prefer a more social workout environment, getting together with friends and having fun together.

£15 per person (3 - 4 max)


Session venue

To ensure a tailored and effective training experience, I can be flexible with venue for personal training sessions. This can include:
  • My personal training space in Kingswells
  • A local park or outdoor space

  • Any other location that meets the necessary safety and space requirements
