Personal Training (1-1)

Following a complimentary 1 hour consultation, you will be provided with tailored fitness plans and person-centred one to one coaching.  Setting individual goals,  you will be given ongoing support, encouragement and motivation to find your strength.  Each training session will incorporate, fun and laughter while pushing you to break through barriers and achieve success.

Available both indoors and outdoors.

Focused Training Sessions (1-1)

Sessions will be planned to incorporate elements of each training method below, responding to your preferences.  These sessions offer an opportunity to try something new, provide more targeted and personalised support and guidance on technique and form. Throughout, there will be fun and you will be challenged to find your strength and build your resilience!

Free Weight Training  
Customised strength training using free weights to build muscle and improve overall fitness, available both indoors and outdoors.

Body Weight Exercises
Utilising body weight for resistance training, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Cardio Sessions
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and steady-state cardio workouts to boost cardiovascular health, available both indoors and outdoors.

Or combine elements of the above for an all-over workout.

Small Group Training Sessions (groups of 3-4 )
Personalised group sessions for those who prefer a more social workout environment, available both indoors and outdoors.   Find your strength together, through full-body workouts combining bodyweight exercises and cardio in a fun, high-energy experience.

To ensure a tailored and effective training experience, I can be flexible with venue for personal training sessions. This can include:
  • My personal training spaces in Kingswells
  • A local park or outdoor space

  • Any other location that meets the necessary safety and space requirements
